FRESH + FALL MISSISSIPPI GARDENS WEDDING
This beautiful fall wedding y’all. It was picture perfect. A truly gorgeous sunny day on the banks of the Mississippi River. Mississippi Gardens is such a beautiful place and I was so excited to shoot an outdoor ceremony there. In April, Sharice and Brian’s ceremony at this location was indoors!
Jessica’s colors were so classic and stunning that blush that was the perfect shade of pale. Her bouquets of antique roses made the perfect match to her pale accents.
I just loved Ryan’s bowtie and how excited he was to see Jessica at their first look. It was genuine anticipation to see his bride-to-be and I loved documenting this time for them. The tears and joy they both shed after they saw each other for the first time on their wedding day are some of my favorite images.
These guys showered each other with the perfect gifts to each other a watch for him and a gold ring for her followed by relaxing after their first look at Bauhaus, with some beers and downtime before everything began. They really had the perfect approach to their big day, to enjoy each of the moments.
At the ceremony there were heartfelt authentic vows that they wrote personally to each other filled with so much sincerity and love. And the way these two look at each other? Genuine joy.
I am obsessed with the silver chairs that decorated the reception. Scroll and check them out y’all, they are perfect. The night concluded with live music (man, this photographer loves a good band!) that kept the party lively and everyone on the dance floor and a dessert bar that had something for everyone. It was a perfect day and I am just so excited to be able to share it with you.
