This season has been stretching me in the BEST ways.

I’ve been learning how to slow down a little, trust the pivot, take better care of myself, and build a business and life that feel aligned instead of forced.

A lot is changing over here, but I’m loving it and I feel more like myself than I have in a long time 🤍

What’s one thing you’ve been up to lately?

I started an adventure group for mom friends. New

I started an adventure group for mom friends. New things, scary things, things we’d never do alone. Bungee class at @theaviarymn was first. The harnesses were “fun”. We laughed the whole time. Had to include the original audio for the screams + giggles. 10/10.

Your visuals are responsible for doing so much MORE for your business than you may initially want to give them credit for.

They’re the unspoken first impression and the trust builder and the communicators of what it is your business REALLY stands for.

If you’re noticing inconsistencies, stock photos that don’t fit, or images that don’t really show who you (or your business) are, it’s probably time to take a closer look at your visual ecosystem (and do some reworking!!)

Filling the gaps with imagery that reflects your team, your energy, and your values helps your business “look good” but it also helps clients instantly understand what it’s like to work with you, builds trust, and makes your business feel REAL.

I approach photos of my own family the EXACT same way I approach photos for my clients.

I’m not chasing flawless but I’m chasing truly FELT moments.

The ones that immediately take you back, the sound of the laughter, the way the air felt, the little in between things you didn’t even realize mattered at the time.

I don’t want images that look perfect but feel empty.

I want photos that are real, meaningful, and a little imperfect…because those are the ones that hold memories.

Every photo should spark something, a smile, a story, a memory. That’s what makes an image special to me. For my family and for yours. 💗

Of course we will get everyone looking themselves, but that photo of the no smile? Years from now, you won’t care that he didn’t smile. You’ll just remember him in this season. And that’s everything.🥹
