One of my favorite things about engagement sessions is how it’s an opportunity to capture a night in the life of my clients. I know we all think we are boring, but after some questions asked we typically find a unique piece to photograph. Basically I get to go on date night with couples. How fun is that?
This one was one of the highlights of the year. My bride Mollie is an amazing designer and had this perfectly put together. While it was a bit more cold that we planned, we had fun putting together what a typical night looks like for these two. Now we had some unexpected vistors, namely a squirrel that literally grabbed a full bag of cookies and ran off with them. Despite our runaway cookies there was plenty of meat & cheese and goodies left for us! My favorite images are from these two teaching me how to make a good old fashioned.
