Rustic Hope Glen Farm Wedding
This amazing couple was originally booked for a 2016 wedding, but Mike was called to serve our country overseas. Danielle and Mike had a smaller ceremony in Stillwater before he deployed and we rescheduled the full ceremony for this summer. So, although this special day was wedding, “round two” — there was something extra-special about their day.
The morning clouds provided such soft light for their first look, portraits and bridal party photos. Then, the storm rolled through just in time for a beautiful outdoor ceremony in the open field of Hope Glen Farm.
Family and friends were SO, SO happy to be part the couple’s much-awaited wedding day. The ceremony itself was full of recognition of the sacrifices the couple made during their first year and the joyful celebration was unmatched. The toasts were especially tearful! Another touching piece was how instead of clinking glasses, guests honored Mike’s service with a contribution to the money jar—which the couple donated to veterans.
Danielle and Mike – I was so honored to be part of your “round two.” Thank you both for your sacrifice, may you be blessed with many more joyous reasons to celebrate.
