French-Inspired Nicollet Island Wedding
Anna has such classic taste, when she said their wedding was inspired by the fleur de lis of Nicollet Island Inn and their church, I knew everything would be stunning and effortless! How unique these locations within walking distance of each other, such a beautiful venues for their day!
Despite the first chilly fall days, the Inn was quaint and cozy—filled with good, intimate conversations among the guests. Listening to conversations, what struck me most was how obviously compatible Anna and Matt are for one another. Like two peas in a pod! The speeches were just so full of heart + love for this couple! What a joy!
Another thing I love about these two is their love for the Badgers! Anna had to ask the score during those moments of when she put her dress on and it made my athlete heart pitter patter. They started off the night with “Jump Around” which is one of my favorite songs on the planet to dance it out to and such a tradition!!
Anna and Matt — I had such a lovely day getting to know you and your family and friends so much better and I can definitely say you’re a #matchmadeinMadison! May your many years together be forever blessed!
