Blush and Gold Mississippi Gardens Wedding
This bride and groom y’all. Are you ready to hear about the real life Barbie and Ken? I’m of course kidding, but photographing sweet Sharice & Brian’s wedding was a blast. I laughed and cried all day! I worked with Sharice back 6-7 years ago at my full time marketing job and it’s so amazing to see where the Lord has taken each of us since then! For Sharice and Brian it’s been California! These two fit right into the west coast right?
Sharice & Brian both share a love and luster for life and it’s experiences. Can you tell by their faces during their vows and the first look? I couldn’t even handle it. To see my friend just be loved so well! AHH! Their venue, Mississippi Gardens was a key choice in helping them bring their inspiration of “loving life” with the Mississippi river running right beside it. They really wanted to display elegance and class with added pops of fun. I think they did an amazing job at exactly that. Being that Mississippi Gardens is a fairly new venue, I was excited to shoot there as I have another wedding here in September. As a vendor I couldn’t have better things to say about this place and the family that runs it! From just great communication to willingness to partner and all love on our couple together was SO refreshing!!
Besides these two and their gorgeous faces, reactions, Brian’s amazing dance number to MJ…..I loved how these colors all blended! Especially with the girls in different dress tones. I’ve never been a huge pink girl, but man, I’m being won over at these blush, gold and FULL of beautiful sunlight weddings!
