This summer I’m trying to be a little less efficie This summer I’m trying to be a little less efficient (ik sounds like I’m going insane) 😂 But I’m actively trying NOT to squeeze every ounce out of every day while letting go of feeling like I always need to be productive to deserve rest. I still care deeply about my business and my clients (duh!) but I’m also trying to leave more room for real life too. I’m taking time to feel the sun on my skin a couple of times a day. Not looking at every hour and every errand I can complete in perfect record time. I am giving myself more space to transition btw calls. Time to savor the morning coffee instead of immediately popping into getting ready and out the door. More being present instead of constantly trying to optimize everything. I don’t have it all figured out, but this feels really good for this season 🤍 Who’s with me on trying to be “less efficient” this summer??

This season has been stretching me in the BEST way This season has been stretching me in the BEST ways. I’ve been learning how to slow down a little, trust the pivot, take better care of myself, and build a business and life that feel aligned instead of forced. A lot is changing over here, but I’m loving it and I feel more like myself than I have in a long time 🤍 What’s one thing you’ve been up to lately?
I started an adventure group for mom friends. New I started an adventure group for mom friends. New things, scary things, things we’d never do alone. Bungee class at @theaviarymn was first. The harnesses were “fun”. We laughed the whole time. Had to include the original audio for the screams + giggles. 10/10. Find your people and put something on the calendar.
