Because people don’t just buy because something looks pretty, they buy because something feels real, aligned, trustworthy, and human. I used to think growth would feel big and obvious I used to think growth would feel big and obvious and dramatic, like I had some miraculous breakthrough, but recently I’m starting to think a lot of growth happens in the ordinary moments. The way you talk to yourself after a hard day, let yourself slow down a little and stop assuming you always have to push harder to be safe or successful. Lately I’ve just been noticing that when I give myself more room to breathe and experience my life instead of racing through it, I feel more grounded, more creative, and even more like myself again. Still figuring it out as I go 😂 (the last slide is been the most challenging) but I think this season is changing me in a really beautiful way. What goal do you have for your own rhythm this summer?
This summer I’m trying to be a little less efficie This summer I’m trying to be a little less efficient (ik sounds like I’m going insane) 😂 But I’m actively trying NOT to squeeze every ounce out of every day while letting go of feeling like I always need to be productive to deserve rest. I still care deeply about my business and my clients (duh!) but I’m also trying to leave more room for real life too. I’m taking time to feel the sun on my skin a couple of times a day. Not looking at every hour and every errand I can complete in perfect record time. I am giving myself more space to transition btw calls. Time to savor the morning coffee instead of immediately popping into getting ready and out the door. More being present instead of constantly trying to optimize everything. I don’t have it all figured out, but this feels really good for this season 🤍 Who’s with me on trying to be “less efficient” this summer??
